How much does it cost to join?
Joining and listing your packages is free, with no monthly subscription. GatherPlate charges a commission only on the bookings you receive, and your current rate is shown in your dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Customers pay through GatherPlate. Your payout becomes eligible once the 3-day reporting window after the event closes, unless a dispute holds it. Our team then reviews it and sends it to your bank account by transfer.
Do I deal with company paperwork?
No. For company bookings, GatherPlate handles the quotation, purchase order, tax invoice, delivery order and collecting the payment. You approve the booking and cater it, and you're paid on your usual schedule.
What if a customer cancels?
Customers get a full refund if they cancel by the refund deadline, which is 7 days before the event by default. After that, no refund is given and you keep the payout. If your costs start earlier, we can set a longer window for your account.
Can I set my own prices and availability?
Yes. You decide your prices, menus, minimum orders, lead times and availability, and you can change them at any time.
What can I sell on GatherPlate?
Buffets, meal boxes, dessert tables, live stations, carts and booths, food trucks, refreshments, fine dining and door gifts. If you serve food or drinks at events, apply and we'll take a look.
